[Tutorial] How to get 1 million population a 4*4 huge grid

Hello, guys. Today, I am showing you a tutorial that I made that teaches you how to have 1 million+ residents on a huge 4 by 4 regional map. I will show you several steps how to do it. Have fun reading this!
- First, create a huge region with no trees, decorations, deserts or hills. I say that a seed that is mostly land or almost land is recommended. After that, you can name it whatever you like.
- Next, found the first city. Like regions, you can name it whatever you want. IMPORTANT: DO NOT put into sandbox mode!
- Then, rush the city with residents (you can also put jobs like commerces and industries). Make sure they are happy and are satisfied with their needs.
- Then, once all of the city is filled up with buildings and roads, repeat from the second step. Found, fill, finish.
- Once you're done, you may post me an image and an description (optional) here and I will review it.

My idea is:
1: Get this plugin

It allows you to cover the whole map with each service using only thing (sandbox only)
2: Make the city on sandbox, set demands up to max.
(optional, make a private plugin with loads of residents spaces, and spam it)
3: Spam the highest residential with highest residential map.
4: If you have diamonds or on PC, place tunnels on every piece of the map.
If not, just use normal roads, I recommend using the Automatic Water Pipes plugin
