Better plugin rules.

Hello there, with the recent complaints about low-quality plugins, I have decided to make this proposal for some new plugin rules, such as requiring manifests if it becomes official and is put in the tutorials and documentation from @Lobby, then I will remove this text which is why it is blue.
These are the official plugin store rules, you MUST follow these when uploading a plugin, otherwise, your plugin will not get approved.
Low quality plugins
Low-quality plugins have become more frequent in the store as of writing this, this has resulted in complaints from the community.
Plugins should have good textures, and not be made for the sole purpose of earning diamonds.
Before uploading your plugin make sure it has good texture, ask the community if your texture is good, if they say yes, you can upload it.
Make sure the plugin has a use, I see many plugins which are the same "Generic (insert)" uploaded way too much.
COPYRIGHT
The game is developed and published in Germany, follow German law and any other German copyright laws, Germany is also in the EU, so you must also follow EU law.
You must also not post anything from other plugin creators without their permission, this also includes anything outside of TheoTown, get permission from the original artwork creators first.
Trees do not really follow this rule as they are usually just png of a real-life tree and a tutorial on trees includes taking a png from Google and pixelating it, just do not do this as I do not know if this is the case, mods remove this section on trees if it is not true, thanks.
You will either see on top a forum plugin post the following.
Green text at the top means you can use it without permission and without credit, as the plugin creator said so.
Orange text means you must credit them.
Red text means if you use their texture or resource, you cannot use them unless you ask for permission directly.
Plugin Pricing
Please make the plugin price 30 so people can get it with an ad, you will still get diamonds if people watch an ad.
You can make it higher but is frowned upon by the community.
Content
Your content must be family friendly, young people play this game.
Your plugin must not have any pornographic material, Not Safe For Life (NSFL) content, include hate or sexual acts, anti LGBTQ+, since TheoTown is a global game, your plugin may not have any political sides, it must stay neutral, no matter if you support left wing or right wing.
