My suggestion about "buying" would be that you can do ads for 1000-day spurts of speed, or add an option to permanently buy faster speed but with significantly higher price. 1000 diamonds for permanent or maybe more. That way you can watch ads (earn funds for developer) and when you earn enough you can eventually unlock.

Not with diamonds, real money. It would be too easy with diamonds. They should make it buyable for real money.

Might as well just do a premium option then though.
