11:40 a.m.: Arrival at Crakorque airport. Adrian Udonis is escorted by National Guardsmen to his waiting car. During his journey, National Guard bikers will also escort him to Vanart Tower.
11:50 a.m.: Arrival on the steps of the Tour Vanart where the President of the Republic is waiting.
12 p.m.: Lunch is served (half lobster).
12:25 p.m.: The President of the Republic accompanies the Sethland Secretary of State into the conference room.
12:30 p.m.: Beginning of the discussion between the two men. End of the scheduled discussion around 1:45 p.m.
2 p.m.: Arrival at the Democracy Hotel.

The President of the Republic is on the steps of the Tour de Vanart and is waiting for Adrian Udonis who will come in an armored limousine.
