European Styled / Walkable Cities Plugins suggestions

I am creating a region that focuses on European styled cities / transportation and terrain, and I would like to know if you guys know any plugins or have created any plugins to help create a great looking region. Mainly looking for residential / commercial, parks, roads, etc.

I currently have underground wires, cobblestone roads, pedestrian zones, sunflower fields, flags, as my main decorations. Thanks for any recommendations!
