I don't know! But you can double your cities money for 30. Or watch an advertisement. The better choice IMO.

That amount is doubled. I haven't tried it with a negative amount yet.

Double Your Money doesn't respond if the estate is negative.

Okay, what I can understand is that you may "Double up your money" by watching an ad or pay using diamonds
