"new" item notification

I can't post screenshots but anyways, there's a "new" notification on the transportation tab but when I open it, there's nothing, like I've thoroughly searched everything but there's nothing to make it disappear . I have atleast a hundred active plugins so maybe that's the problem

You can turn off it in Settings-User Interface-Highlight new content in toolbar
