What software do you use on your computer? I would like to hear

The simplest software is MS Paint, but I'm not sure how to convert a picture (.png) to the transparent ones. Ask Matison for that stuff

I used pixely (Android)
But if your going to do it on a PC I'll recommend paint.net too
I used it for some final touches

I have a computer that runs on Windows 2000
