when I place a building manually in sandbox mode , it instantly becomes built but I wanted to see the build animation rather then just instantly appearing from thin air

I remember seeing them taking time to build before , perhaps 1 year ago

is there a setting option or a plugin for me to do that? I couldn't find it anywhere

There are many plugins with a

"build time": 0,

these are most likely the buildings in question.
