UPDATE 18-6-2022:
This update adds 11 new buildings. The focus of this update was to add a couple of level TTT residentials since those were missing in the custom residential zone. Also now each residential level has at least one dense building.

UPDATE 1: 23-4-2022


This update is a major overhaul of the plugin.
I added many new residential buildings, a custom residential zone with 4 decorations, a fire station and a police precinct.
Most of the old residential buildings have been updated with improved graphics.
I made sure that all updated buildings have the same building ID so when you already have this plugin your buildings will still be there where you placed them.
I also posted a seperate plugin containing the old graphics of the updated buildings for those who still wanted the old ones.

About the plugin:
This pack contains 30+ buildings that are all either inspired by or based upon buildings from mostly New York City. Most of them are residential but there are also a couple of commercial buildings, two fire stations and a police precinct.
All residential buildings are part of a custom residential zone.
There is also a seperate plugin containing all the old graphics that were replaced in the previous update. You can find it in the theotown forum on this plugin's page there.

The content list:
- a custom residential zone with:
- 4 1x1 decorations
- 6 1x1 houses
- 13 2x2 buildings
- 4 3x3 buildings
- 3 4x4 building
- 1 6x6 building with 3 height variations.
- 4 commercial buildings:
- a 2x2 gas station, car repair shop and store building
- a 4x4 hotel from Laredo, Texas (not really from the east coast, I know)
- 2 fire stations:
- one 3x3 fire station and a 2x2 fire station
- the police precinct building from Brooklyn 99, size 3x3

I am A Dutch Guy, a plugin creator that was basically retired about two years ago. Back then I was working on a american/ New York City styled building pack which would have included a number of buildings from different categories. Unfortunately my hard drive crashed and I lost all the files on my computer. Because of this I lost all the plugins I was working on and I could never find the motivation to start the project back up. I moved on to other hobbies and haven't been active on the forum since then. However, just recently I was able to recover some of the buildings that were meant for my building pack. I compiled what I could recover in this building pack.

They include:

- four residential brownstone rowhouses with both left and right facing variants (2x2 size)
- two residential corners for the rowhouses (2x2 size)
- a white residential high rise tower (3x3 size)
- a 3x3 plot with a combination of smaller high rise residential buildings
- a small commercial car repair shop (2x2)
- a small commercial gas station with three color variants (2x2)
- a small brownstone storefront building with both a left and right facing variant (2x2)
- a medium sized fire department (3x3 size)

I had made five buildings that I never released some two years ago. They were supposed to be part of a bigger update that I never got around to finishing. I don't think I'll be getting back to making plugins anytime soon. So I updated the plugin with these five unreleased buildings added.
here they are:
