Are there any less-polluting industry buildings available in the game? I have a giant swath of industry that is $$ but not much $$$. Also, does education have much impact on industry like sim city did?

$$$ (Or TTT) buildings produce less pollution that $$ and $ ones.
Yes, You need Low education to have $$ habitants in your city, also making $$ industries appear in your city.
You need a High school to have $$$ habitants and to have $$$ commercials and Industries.

The TTT industrials are the best in making the city free-pollution and can increase income, I would say. There's an alternative way to build these buildings, and that's by enabling Debug mode

Yeah, im trying to avoid using the debug to place specific buildings. I really wish there was a graph feature that could show overall education levels. Similar to SC since that's where most of my city-building game experience lies.
