When trying to get the 'I like to live dangerously' achievement you have to have a population of 100,000 without any services.

My problem is that I keep having fires everywhere and I am wondering if anyone has any advice on how to get this achievement. All those stupid fires are making it hard to have my population increase.

Get the 100000 with dervices then destroy them all once you are at 100k

Does that advice really work, Im trying to get that too, i have almost 75000 population. Also wonder if we can get this on sandbox...

Tips and trick for those who want to get dangerous achievements!:
1. Don't use any service from start of the game (fd,police,hospital,parks,education,management)
2. If there are fires remove the house nearby minimal 1 tiles, and there are no buildings nearby.
3. If there are criminal or sus things you must to destroy the building.
4. Epidemics are commonly come in tall res buildings, so if you want to put apartment, you must build it without residentials surrounding it.
5. Parks can replaced by cemetry, funeral are good place to play soccer!
6. Sandbox/free can't get any achievements in TheoTown.
7. To make them bit happier, control the traffic by using fast or one way roads.

I legitimately can't get this one to pop...I think it might be busted.

I have 110k pop, I delete all services, roads, parks, sports, churches, schools, waste etc. pipes and underground cables, water pumps and power stations. I'm not using any plugins either cos I know some of them disable achievements. My understanding is you have to delete *everything* besides the zones - is that accurate?

Is there a condition like a timer where you have to keep the pop above 100k for 30 seconds or something?

I think you must to do from scratch without any single service. Idk
