I can't get on plugin store

I can't get into the plugin store now. instead of loading plugin list the game instead use my mobile data to download ads.
Please do not! You don't even realise I have very limited connections.
Please fix it....

you didn't know? sorry, i expressed myself incorrectly. they don't show it directly while playing. they only show up while getting diamonds with the gift button on the right screen, or by downloading a plugin with 30 diamond price without diamonds.
My problem is the fact that they are sometimes HD videos that the game downloads. This is a problem, I have limited internet connections outside of school that I must use wisely.
