So Regions will be added in the game. So, my suggestion is, having Individual cities must still be possible, because I still wanted to play individual cities.

You'll still be playing individual cities.

Well I'll use region more but it could still be a option

Yes, I think this is a must have in regard to all existing cities. However, the new game structure will favor playing on the region.
