I accidentally started building a city on the island:/
Its my first normal town)

After a while, I colonize second island.

My second island is growing)

And, in future, i colonize mainland

Raise taxes, make sure you had lots of commercials and industries.
Ratio must be like this: Residential Commercial Industrial: 2:1:1.

Dude, you don't need to add lands for wires. They'll lengthen up if on water
And Video Dude Sips Coffee just provided you my RCI Ratio standards (and I'll get negative convinces), but here's 3:1:2 (R:C:I) if you want to increase income

Yesterday, i started modernization my city.I destroy all zones 1lvl and create zones 2lvl

Traffic jam

And my industrial zone is growth

And city too

Now, i have the following situation(taxes is 10%)

And question
I had 100 diamonds, and I bought the pack building 1
Close and open the game
Diamonds are preserved, pack buildings 1 too.I bought "without advertising"
As a result, I have both that and that
Its bug?

Great city! Also, having taxes at more than 9.0% can hurt TT and TTT habitants. Here is a tiny chart:
T habitants: Requires at least 11% taxes and below, power, water
TT habitants: Requires at least 10% taxes and below, power, water, low education, park
TTT habitants: Requires at least 9% taxes and below, power, water, low education, high education, park, sport, religion
Also, maybe its a bug? BTW you're pretty lucky

Okay, the taxes seems ridiculous for me. Why do we need to raise taxes for T habs? We need these habs because it's the key to increase pop. in your city
