The beginning of my new city OAKLAND.
This is the capital city so far. There's a lot more work to be done in the future.
Also I have a museum honoring the peace between New Oakland and the Atlantic Empire.

Police Patrols are large around the peace museum, with a military base coming soon also.

I'll end up having tanks crashing, as I am awaiting the military IAP to make a large tank factory/base

I've got traffic building up to invade any surrounding cities when the regions come.

Some might get crushed, but more will come!
