How to download map/copy regions? (I am on Android)

Using the file explorer, follow this path: Android, data, info.flowersoft.theotown.theotown, files, regions. This will then show you regions. You may then just copy and paste regions here. If you have a newer version of Android, you have to use the file explorer that came with your phone. Unfortunately, you can no longer use Zarchiver

You still could use Zarchiever, I just used it lol
