Region editor or Region seeds

Maybe you can add the region editor, where you can change land to water, etc.
This is to avoid such a big mess relandscaping a map.
Also, idk if this is still possible, but maybe Region seeds, like normal cities. I'm sure it will never happen, tho..
And is it possible to get multiple regions at the same time? Maybe you can add limits (5 maybe) to prevent lag.
Also, is it possible to get the menu back, have 4 options in the new menu like this:

New City
Load City
New Region
Load Region

So I hope this can be added, I'm encouraging my HS friends to play TT.. Yet they are still disappointed to the updates.
