Road Bugs

So I deleted my state roads and I have a few problems with them. First of all, there isn't any way of getting them back until you unlock highways and second, the ends of the roads reappear when I exit and re-enter the city. Here are a few photos of what this glitch has caused:

Build over, in the appropriate direction, with a one way bridge. That should remedy the red sections of highway.

I did use use a one way bridge. This is what happened.
