I don't know where is main menu, i saw only pause and region menu. And there is no tutorial. First region tonw is some kind of tutorial, but in previous versions tutorial was better.
BTW you should add setting "disable autoloading".

About the tutorial, we'll see. We will add more explanations dialogs so people get a better understanding. The old tutorial was really buggy and it would be way too much effort to add more content to it.

About the main menu, you're right, we removed it. When we designed the game logic we oriented from computer games and the menu was no exception. However most smartphone users expect a mobile game to be straight forward without the need to load oder save game states manually.

The next version will contain such a setting that brings you directly onto the region view instead of the last loaded city.

One more thing. Put "load city" button in pause menu.
