TheoTown

Currently, TheoTown has only primary (elementary schools) and secondary education (high schools). But it would be good if also tertiary education was present in game.

Reasons are following:
- they are simply missing, mostly in extra large cities
- they may boost the most wealthiest res, com and (mostly) ind

Industry boosted by universities may be clean, high-tech. It means that they would not generate (at least so much) pollution - and thus they could be better accepted by residentials and commercials.

That'd be a good idea

I'd be down for that. Could also open up the potential for some fun mechanics, given the multiple functions universities can serve.

There is already an existing higher education school in Theotown. But if you want more, you can use add-ons.
