Dutch Bike Lanes (Decoration)

Inspired from the bike lanes that can be found in the Netherlands.
Dutch bike lanes are well-signed and easy to follow. They are typically marked with a red asphalt surface and a white bike symbol. There is also a network of national and regional bike routes that cyclists can follow. They are also are well-connected to each other and to other modes of transportation. This makes it easy for cyclists to get around and to access public transportation, schools, and other destinations.
This plugin contains 30 different parts. I hope you like it!

Если вы загрузили мой плагин из другого места, пожалуйста, сначала удалите его. В остальном я не знаю, что вызвало эту ошибку.

It looks like a great plugin, but unfortunately an error message pops up when I start up Theotown.
I downloaded it directly from here and I double checked and the installation folder is correct.
