Hey,Why are disasters suddenly happening on my City/region after a few months of not playing?

Hello,Yes its me Lucas M,Basically i was trying to build more of my city,But when i toggle on Time,After a few minutes,A Earth quake happens,Which is strange,Cause in my settings i clearly said no to disasters,and Yes to just game dificultty,There was none desastres enabled Yet,it happens anyway,i was trying to zone out some R = residential and just chilling on my Phone,Can somebody help me and tell me a way to fix it?

Have you checked no option in "automatic disasters" section in settings is enabled?

Where? Im trying to find it.

At bottom left of the page there should be the cogwheel. If you go on it, there is the menu. Then find settings and then a setting saying "Auto disasters" and that is it

Well i turned all on and all off again,But the disaster notification still happended. Also most of the time i play on portuguese.
