Add log file for recent notifications in game

Ive tried clicking on notifications before they disappear and seem to always hit them at last second before they're gone forever, unless shown again. There really should be a recent notifications log like in RCT or similar titles. Maybe just like past 5 messages nothing too crazy (lol) it's especially helpful for idle players while racking up funds or just letting their city run...
