These little red "nothings" are spawning in my town,can I get rid of them?(it may be a plugin but I can't find which one's the culprit,and also can't blacklist it)

If I remember right, the red nothings may be clicked to replace with a zoned tile.

ATM plugin and or industrial trees,

Remove or disable to prevent this.

Yes, I believe you can remove them.
