I have this but I keeps happening after I edit the game

Can you still select this cities? If not it's as Matison said. Maybe you could provide a list of the city file names then.

I can still select​ the city and play it

And it doesn't appear after going back to region? Which map size does this city have?

it will happen when I start the app
if I play the city and save it it will turn back to normal like this
But if I restart the game it will turn back to the glitched version
I think the size is small because it's the deafult region I only have changed the name

How do you restart the game? Does it also happen, if you just leave the app, close it, and start it again?

Normally you would then start in the last opened city, so it wouldn't be a problem. Did you disable this feature?
