Highway crossroads

Why can't I build crossroads (idk if that's it), when I have a road that has a turn, it doesn't make a crossroad good. Try it ingame to see what I mean. I can correct it by using expressways, but they need to be built by default, right?

That is the way the highways is designed.

To get the bottom picture, use oneway road in the appropriate direction to vomplete the intersection.

It doesn't need to be oneway, I already said expressway does the trick.

Because intersection with cars traveling more than 100 KPH will be dangerous. Car crash.
