What if you could build buildings like restaurants, Malls, etc.
New types of building that you will place, and don't need to zone for them to appear. Malls like Walmart could be a cool idea! And for Restaurants, there are many of them around, so they could be a nice addition to the game

If you look closely, there is a fast food restaurant or two in the game. And a mall in one of the upcoming IAPs.

If you use debug mode, you can place these without zoning first.

I have noticed a Burger restaurant, and also another one that I don't know what is sold there. I meant Real life restaurants, not more custom ones that appear when you zone (Or use debug mode and place them individually)
