how to make a zone like tenement?

this game has a beautiful plugin, called european extension. it contains a zone, named tenement. the question is - how to make the position and rotation like in this plugin? how to insert corner houses in their right position?

Use manual building, go to residential ₮₮ class (Middle), then find the houses named "Tenement". Choose from one of the 8 variants and place it on an area. Each building has different heights, colours and extensions, so don't worry.

Or just download the plugin and zone tenements inside blocks instead.
