About the two speed buttons:
As the new bar doesn't yet support ultra fast speed we show then the old selector for compatibility reasons.

About money in sandbox mode:
Yes, it's a bug that will be fixed. What you can see here is that even sandbox mode cities have money internally.

Rating will come back soon.

About the diamond . separation. It's default for your language, why shall we change it then?

If you moved the diamonds display back to where it was or to the right of the Theons display box, maybe my 42 trillion Theons wouldn't get cut off at the left....
It displays OK if my monthly income is 0.
