When a building is done getting built, the suport things don't go away and it just shows this

Maybe you need to remove the building and replace with another one

I think the yeat was 534 before I copied it to play in a region. Here the year is 1. Needless to say, I'm removing these when I find them.

Yes, that's a related issue. Unlocking cities will set their date back and buildings won't notice it. But we can fix that one 8)
