Buildings while "building"

Roof of Rail station is flying when the building is about to finish.
SWAT helicopter is levitating (rotor doesn't move) in air when building is building...
Probably more buildings have these bugs.
Also, when some people want schools etc., rating goes down because building process is too slow, and influence works only when finishing. That can cause problems.
I would just remove whole building process except for RCI buildings.

They recently added building animations to other buildings it was only RCI before

no about that train station if you pause the time
And build the train station it will look like that

Bear is right. It takes advance planning with schools.
You know they are going to want them, so start them early.
