I made a custom region is this a bug because the map isn't loading :?

It's difficult to help without further information. Are you sure you haven't done anything wrong with the region?

It happened to me
I unlocked the invisible city and it ppeared

Maybe a screenshot of your map (png file in region folder with small resolution) is broken
Only way to fix that is to enter the city and save it. It should be fixed automatically
