Train stations

Guys, I'm playing the game since a lot of times but I never figured out how can I fill up the trains with people, they take planes, busses, cars but never go into the train stations, how can I solve this problem?

No Idea..same issue most of the time..once i tried to link 2 cities with a train station only,train was full..
