With high ticket prices, the average person cannot go to a big stadium often as compared to a pool.

The Stadium is equal to a National one.....

It's a stadium belonging to a soccer/football team. As I said high ticket prices, high taxes to build influence lower and middle classes very little as they can't afford to go often and would rather not pay the taxes on it.

Maybe... But shouldn't the field, the stadium, and the pool have the same radius? Large and balanced radius
