Screenshots not saving

When I try to take a screenshot, it flashes and takes it apparently, but I can't find it anywhere in my phone. I really want to show my city but I can't get the screenshot. Does anyone know how to fix this or am I doing it wrong?

It only flashes, it doesn't show anything else

Did you take a screenshot with your device or the in-game screenshot button?

Probably the in-game, cause device's screenshot had less problems
