Save on Restart (Plugin Store)

Currently if you restart the game after you installed a plugin,
it simply closes itself without saving the city. This means the player might lose an arbitrary amount of progress if the recent changes haven’t been saved yet.
I think it will be better if the game saves the progress first, before terminating or closing itself.
