What is the best app for android where you can pixel?

Pixly is great.
It's a simple app for pixel art, but it also has some great tools to make your building even better...
I find it best pixel art app for Android.

I use pixly in general, pixel maker pro for copying/ pasting and novix for resize image

You can resize the image in pixly

It's much easier to resize the image in Novix. You specify exactly the size by typing/editing the numbers instead of trying to get it exactly right using the sliding sides in Pixly.

Pixel can also copy/paste... I can confirm, because in my plugin, I copy/pasted some tiles to one big image so I don't have so many images in one plugin folder.

That's how I made my profile picture with the limo and escorts.
