I use pixly in general, pixel maker pro for copying/ pasting and novix for resize image

You can resize the image in pixly

It's much easier to resize the image in Novix. You specify exactly the size by typing/editing the numbers instead of trying to get it exactly right using the sliding sides in Pixly.
