I would like the ability to copy my cities in a region in game.

What you can do is copy your city, rename it with certain coordinates (more about this can be found here), then move it into a region folder.

From regular map to region :
Go into the folder Theotown >>> Maps and look for the wanted city. Copy and paste that city in Theotown >>> Rgeions >>> the region you want to place it in.
Rename it with the desired coordinates (for that refer to former member's thread)
Voila !

From region to regular map:

Go into the folder Theotown >>> Regions >>> desired region, copy and paste the desired city into the folder Theotown >>> maps and rename it what you want
Voila

(Note : you should ALWAYS have a backup of the cities you "play around" with, because if something goes wrong and you don't have a backup, goodbye beloved city)
