Unfortunately, the game has limitations when it comes to creating passages over water, so I came up with this solution.

I'm a bit disappointed that I can't find the right add-ons for my city so I'm going to create my own.

and a question, until I create my own plugin, do you know if there are stairs available for download? something in the form of a sticker that I could add to the slope?
