Maybe too much plug ins, or error in plug ins. Sometimes game crash due to plug in error without the message

it doesn't have to do with plugins because before the udate i had exactly the same plugins and the same amount but after the update boom crash
and i already relaunch my phone

Well, it's a plugin. Check that you have all the images available in the folder of your last plugin you were working on.

i removed every plugin and it still does it

Maybe you're low on RAM, then u auto load a city which your device can't handle.
Your Region is too big for your device to handle (if you modified it)
This ideas might be true, but this didn't help..

Speaking of No. 1, This is the reason why I disabled auto save and auto load.

Delete your saved data it worked for me but put the data in a cloud space so you won't lose it
