That was me.
We are donating 2.5 billion for now, supported by charities and private donations (city councils, regional councils) and the MEU itself. We will donate them in installments that will go from next month to june 2025.
Furthermore, if you want, we will offer to design and modernize infrastructure to help the country develop independently.
In exchange, however, we want our relations to be good with the concerned country.

Technically no, our countries have their own economies, but they get put together when there is an investment for all three's interest. Furthermore, between the three, loans often take place.
