Your car count will also be reduced significantly with super fast speed mode. That even happens if your device can keep up with traffic calculation. I have no idea yet what's the reason.

It's to keep the device from overheating. Probably, the speed at which non-essential functoons are performed is reduced.

That's true, but I measured the number of spawned cars per day and the number of removed cars a day and both don't get influenced by game speed (as long as it doesn't reach it's limit).

How?!
