Why elevated trains are often U-turned at corners/specific section on a railway track

As the problem occurs, trains won’t reach to tracks at the front of U-turn section. It makes trains will not reach to further stations because of the glitch.
Any solution?

He wants to say why do they go only till where they can turn.
