Rocket Button In Emengercies Tab

Title. Its annoying to waste time finding the nearest rocket launcher when a UFO appear. So we definitely need the Rocket button in the Emengercies tab. This must alert all the
Rocket launcher in the whole map, or the nearest Rocket Launcher at the target.
Already suggested multiple times, but didn't getting attention so created a separate thread.

Added. Even I shot lots of my buildings, it's OK... At least I can kill the UFO. And if you just wanted to find out the wrecked buildings without the help of the notifications, just scroll out and search for the black tiles. (Demolish mode needed)

Or just use the Pollution map to search at wrecked buildings.
