Help me, I'm can't load online regions

This is happening to me for more than 2 months,I'm don't know what to do, resetting the game not helping, Logging out and logging into your account too, Developers please, fix that

Try using a VPN, so u can rule out a problem with your ISP.
Remember to have the game updated as well.

Another things is, which device are you using and which version of Android?
It may sound strange, but old devices don't get updates which in return means that they don't get updated on the latest trusted internet certificates. Since we use SSL connections to the server this can cause issues. The current beta version of the game contains an attempt to fix the issue. Please give it a try and report back:
