What is the DSA

What does the DSA stand for the acronym, and what do they do. I've tried looking everywhere for answers but there is none. Very confused someone explain, thanks.

some suggest that dsa was accidentally typed by a dev while dev...ing the game, thought it would be a nice name.

It has to do with more than just space and aeronautics

yeah, it also increases management. I built a DSA in a continental city. But what confuses me is what happens to the CEO's house. When I built DSA, the CEO's house appeared.
