Would it be possible to add a feature where you can pin a reply from a thread you make? Like if I wanted to put something from page 3 to the top of page 1 I could? And I could also unpin it, like sticky threads except with replies,

Yeah, I like this. This will be useful in the Better Empire thread, Because I only edit the first post of the thread to update my empire, because I wanted to save space. Then more numbers of threads come, and maybe people forget to check the first post for updates!

So I know this is a very old thread but I would like to know if this is possible now? I still think it would be a great feature and wouldn't be too hard to implement

You might search a plugin for phpBB 3.2(.1) that does this. As long as we've no phpBB expert that's the only way to add it.
