City Overview should list the Seed, Size, and Difficulty.

Settings: Resolution should not change the interface / toolbar size.

Clicking a frown should show why they are not happy.

Parks cover such a small area. It would be nice if we could build a sports arena that would act like a park but with a larger range.

Ability to create land or water anywhere, instead of just the edges where they meet.

Coal Plants make water look bad...
